CCE's staff has experience up through LEED Gold. We embrace creative designs and responsible stewardship of our shared natural resources. We are also experienced in managing the Savings-by-Design program and securing the maximum available rebates for our clients.

 

In addition to the numerous energy conserving measures on the electrical systems such as; daylight harvesting, LED sources, advanced controls, photovoltaic, VFDs, high efficiency power distribution equipment, transformerless UPS, right-sizing equipment, comprehensive power monitoring, commissioning, etc. we also work alongside the mechanical and plumbing engineers for seamless integration of the MEP systems.

 

During design, the team will explore various opportunities to incorporate sustainable design principals within the building. While some concepts can prove to be fairly costly, many are not, and these will be integrated into the base design. Proposed concepts will be prioritized and, with input from the Client, the team will select the appropriate elements that fit within the confines of the project’s budgetary allocations.
