Creative Concepts Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2007 and provides Consulting Engineering services to a variety of clients and projects in various sectors.  We work with the industry's top architects and builders as well as direct for a number of large institutional clients and industry.

 

Our experienced staff examines alternative solutions and provides proven and responsive engineering designs. We are able to handle large-scale and complex projects from inception through construction in their entirety. Large or small, we bring the same level of commitment, responsiveness and excellence to each project. We are also experienced in an array of construction delivery methodologies that includes hard-bid, CM-at-risk, design-assist, scope bids, early GMP's, bridging packages, as well as design-build teaming. We understand the nuances of budgetary constraints and the challenges these various methodologies can bring.

 

All of our projects are designed to promote; cost-effectiveness, energy efficiency, flexibility for future change, durability, ease of maintenance, reliability and redundancy of critical components.

 

While our designs and tools are contemporary and innovative, our business practices are traditional and enduring. Most of our projects are from existing clients.
